The project:
You will be working on a defence-related major infrastructure/construction project in the UK, valued between £100m - £150m. Mace will act as the client's representative, monitoring, guiding, and reporting on the principal contractor for the project.
SC Clearance is essential for this role.

Requirements:
* Ability to gain UK security clearance with 5 years of uninterrupted UK career experience.
* Construction scheduler with P6 Primavera experience.
* Experience with NEC 4 contracts.
Preferred qualifications:
* Membership of professional bodies such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in planning projects and programs within the defence sector.
* Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Additional information:
This role is based in Moorgate, requiring presence 2-3 days per week.
