Role Overview
Completely Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our temporary team in Oxfordshire. This role offers flexible work arrangements, competitive pay rates, and the opportunity to choose your working days and hours. Work in a variety of nurseries across the area, including part-time and full-time positions, while gaining valuable experience in different early years settings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day running of the nursery.
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Engage children in fun, educational, and play-based activities.
Support lunch and mealtime routines.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment, utilising your skills and experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience working in a nursery, childminding, or similar childcare role.
Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of childcare principles and practices.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
