About the role
Working closely with the Director of People Services, the Head of Human Resources will lead the HR team and be responsible for all operational HR activity and the delivery of specific strategic HR projects and initiatives to support the delivery of our People Strategy. Key responsibilities include:
1. Act as a visible leader across the organisation, championing and engaging a supportive culture in line with our values and behaviours.
2. Lead the HR team to ensure a comprehensive, professional, and effective service that enables the delivery of our people strategy and workforce plan.
3. Oversee all HR activities in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring they are effectively managed in line with policies, procedures, and best practice.
