A leading provider of facilities and engineering services is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive new business growth across the South UK, with a strong focus on the London market.
This is a senior commercial opportunity for someone who thrives on winning large multi-service contracts, shaping strategy, and building senior client relationships. You’ll lead business development activity, develop a high-value pipeline, and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, value-driven proposals.
Key Responsibilities
* Win major new contracts across facilities & engineering services
* Build and own a strategic new-business pipeline
* Lead bid strategy, tender submissions & high-level negotiations
* Develop C-suite relationships and represent the business in market
* Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to shape solutions
Experience Required
* Proven record delivering £multi-million contract wins in FM or outsourced services
* Strong network and market understanding across South UK / London
* Skilled in complex bids, tendering and senior-level negotiation
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder influence
