Description
As the General Manager you will,
* Ensure the team is supported and developed to meet the growing demands on the site, and create a high performing culture
* Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Work with central teams to manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer expectations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with business objectives
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within logistics operations
* Embed a CI approach to evaluate opportunities on site (flow / layout, cost benefit of further automation, org structure & resource allocation)
Profile
* Proven background in supporting high volume logistics operations with a need for compliance and pick accuracy
* Proven leadership skills and enable to demonstrate how engagement is built and sustained
* A solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* A commitment to achieving operational excellence and CI
Job Offer
