Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Ryton upon Dunsmore, Warwickshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-Perm
Salary: £12.50 per hour
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with customer-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Managing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Resolving customer complaints or issues professionally
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases
* Coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs
* Handling administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and reporting
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support
* Running customer reports, validating and correcting anomalies, sharing data, investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, updating customer contracts on the Sales Order system, and ensuring customer & supplier information is up to date
Skills & Experience Required:
* 1+ years experience in Customer Service, Admin, or Logistics environment
* Understanding of Supply Chain
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & other packages
* Good English and Math skills
