We are currently partnering with a well-established logistics technology business who are looking for a Senior BA to join their growing product and delivery team.
Our client develops software platforms that support high-volume digital operations and complex system integrations. This is then used by a variety of global organizations operating in fast-moving e-commerce & commercial environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements within an Agile delivery environment. As a Senior BA, you’ll have a high level of technical experience working on various projects and lead from the front while working with product, engineering and operational teams. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will be responsible for understanding business objectives, gathering requirements and supporting the delivery of technology solutions aligned with the product road map.
The office is based in Surrey – West London and they are looking for 2 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
Work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to define solution requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and requirement gathering sessions
Produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Create supporting documentation including process flows, data mapping and wireframes
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams and external partners
Support solution validation, user acceptance testing and release activities
Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer and user training where required
Experience Required
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a software or digital environment
Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks
Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience documenting complex business processes and workflows
Experience working with API-driven systems and integrations
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience gathering requirements through workshops, interviews and documentation analysis
Ability to thrive in fast-paced delivery environments
Bonus Skills: Apache AirFlow, BigQuery, Cloud Platform certificates, Data Governance Frameworks
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
