As a Solutions Analyst II in the Risk Technology team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Job responsibilities
1. Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
2. Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
3. Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
5. Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment
6. Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field
7. Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices
8. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
9. Experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
10. Hands-on experience in Business Analysis work experience in a Software Development Project
11. Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
12. Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
13. Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations
14. Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences
15. Ability to write complex SQL to analyze data
16. Experience in Lean/Agile Methodologies and knowledge
17. Experience using tools likeJIRA or confluence
18. Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
19. Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives

22. Experience working with AI automation frameworks and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into software solutions, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and deployment.
23. Familiarity with LLM platforms and tools (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar).
Experience in Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development will be an added advantage
