Our client is hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to help accelerate growth across a portfolio of brands through PPC & DSP campaigns on Amazon Ads, Criteo, and CitrusAds.
Youll work closely with an executional eRetail Media agency and internal brand/sales teams to make sure media spend is working harder, especially around new product launches and key promotional moments.
What you will be responsible for
* Owning the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of PPC & DSP campaigns (pacing, targeting, bids, performance levers).
* Supporting channel strategy across multiple brands, aligned to ROI and growth objectives.
* Partnering with the eRetail Media agency to improve performance and implement learnings quickly.
* Running structured A/B testing (creative, audiences, bidding approaches) and turning results into actions.
* Producing clear, stakeholder‑friendly performance reporting and practical recommendations.
* Coordinating creative assets with internal teams/agencies to hit deadlines for launches/promos.
* Helping brand and sales teams understand performance marketing outputs so investment decisions improve over time.

Essential
* 1‑2 years’ hands‑on experience in performance marketing (in‑house or agency) OR strong campaign/project delivery experience with clear performance exposure.
* Working knowledge of PPC and DSP fundamentals (bidding, audiences, budget pacing, measurement).
* Confidence using data to diagnose issues and improve results.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns/brands.
* Clear communication style and experience working with agencies or cross‑functional teams.
Desirable
* Experience on Amazon Ads, Criteo, CitrusAds (or similar retail media platforms).
* Strong Excel/Sheets reporting skills; dashboard exposure a plus.
