The person will ensure that Wednesfield Academy continues to be a highly inclusive environment where pupils with SEND or a disability can thrive and achieve expected outcomes. The SENDCO will lead a wider team with enthusiasm and commitment and will support staff to deliver high quality and adaptative teaching in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
