Car Sales Executive / Sales Advisor required for Family Run Used Car Dealership - Croydon
1. Pay: £20K Basic with £42K Realistic OTE

Duties as a Car Sales Executive
9. Managing the full end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
10. Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in the showroom
11. Providing expert advice to customers to match their needs with suitable vehicles
12. Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits
13. Preparing and completing documentation, including finance paperwork and warranties
14. Upselling warranty packages and optional extras where appropriate
15. Maintaining a high level of customer service to promote repeat business and referrals
Requirements needed as a Car Sales Executive:
16. Previous experience in car sales within the motor trade is highly desirable
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
18. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
19. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
20. Motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude
21. Full UK driving licence is preferred
