As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day tasks including updating the Service Desk to log detailed records of incidents, service requests, and issues. You will manage support calls, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date to meet service level agreements. You will also be responsible for prioritising issues on a case-by-case basis, creating and maintaining process documentation, and providing general hardware support.
