Due to their continued success, they are now seeking a Litigation Associate/Senior Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their busy team in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation for delivering excellent results in the personal injury and litigation space. The successful candidate will manage and supervise a team of solicitors handling a diverse range of complex and high-value cases, including RTA, EL/PL, vehicle damage, and hire claims.
Manage and supervise a team handling RTA, EL/PL, injury, vehicle damage, and hire claims
&##Oversee a caseload of complex and high-value claims, ensuring compliance with Scottish civil litigation procedures
&##The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE with strong experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury claims, and a solid understanding of both Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedures. Competitive salary and discretionary bonus (subject to performance)
