Role Overview:
As a CAD Operator, you will play a key role in transforming customer briefs and design concepts into precise, production-ready CAD drawings. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to ensure all structural designs meet both creative and manufacturing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and prepare accurate CAD drawings for print and packaging projects.

Convert design briefs into dielines and structural layouts ready for cutting and creasing.
*
Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure technical feasibility.
*
Maintain CAD libraries and ensure all design files are up to date.
*
Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest practical solutions.
*
Ensure designs meet quality, material, and cost specifications.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a CAD Operator, ideally in the print or packaging industry.
*
Strong working knowledge of ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
*
Understanding of print production processes and materials (e.g., corrugated, carton board, display).
*
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
