The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for supporting the Store Manager and the store team to success. You will develop and implement visually appealing displays that showcase our latest fashion collections.
You will be fully responsible for your store's performance, working alongside your Store Manager and Visual Coach to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales — playing to win!

* You have effectively led and managed a team

* You have a proven track record of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives
* Commercial acumen
* Good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting
