As Head of Digital & Performance Creative, you’ll shape how UKTV shows up in the digital world. This is a pivotal leadership role driving our digital‑first ambition, blending creative vision with martech, performance marketing, automation, and AI.
What you’ll do:
âś… Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of designers, motion specialists, and copywriters.
✅ Set the standard for innovative, insight‑led content across social, paid video, display, and CTV.
âś… Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
✅ Connect creativity with measurable performance — ensuring digital never means disposable.
âś… Embed best practice around AI, automation, and new tooling to scale and innovate.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience building and leading digital creative teams in fast‑paced, digital‑first brands.
* A track record of standout creative that delivers measurable results.
* Deep understanding of digital platforms, social algorithms, and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with martech stacks, DCO, and AI tools.
* Inspirational leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for entertainment and audiences.
