ABOUT THE ROLE
A BRIEF SUMMARY
Reporting to the Equipment Resource Manager, the Resources Coordinator – Cameras/Vision will play a vital role within a busy and business critical resources department, ensuring all jobs are sufficiently and efficiently supplied with Camera and Vision equipment as per Production requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Scheduling of the equipment allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilization of stock equipment
* Hiring of equipment from rental companies for any shortfall, raising purchase orders and signing off invoices as required
* Work closely with Production, Unit Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure work is adequately resourced
* Ensure all cross load allocations and logistics are planned in advance with the respective departments and required parties are aware of what needs to be achieved
* Ensure the communication pathway between Resources and Base Operations is clear and effective. Specifically ensuring the resources load lists are completed to the correct standards with clear and accurate info for the engineering teams to implement

* A knowledge of Outside Broadcasting Camera and Vision/Engineering equipment
* Strong planning, prioritizing, and organization skills
