Description
* Delivers project and / or programme management services to deliver the Transformation & Change portfolio supporting the development of and co-ordinating plans, deliverable and execution of those to ensure project and programme objectives are met, on time, on budget.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organisational goals.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in project management.
* Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from completed projects
Profile
A successful Project Programme & Project Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing scalable projects
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
* Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in project management
