SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
📍 Royston | 🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Looking for a full-time role where you can make a difference and develop your skills? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious team in Royston.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs
Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Supporting learning through structured activities and interventions
Collaborating with teachers and the wider support team
Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
Someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and genuinely loves working with children
Confidence in working 1:1 and with small groups
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Willingness to learn - no experience required if you're open to training
A positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
