We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Bodyshop Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality body repairs on a variety of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and industry best practices
* Assess damage and determine appropriate repair techniques
* Remove damaged panels and refit new or repaired parts
* Carry out structural repairs, welding, panel beating, and filling as required
* Prepare vehicles for painting including sanding, masking, and priming
* Work with modern repair equipment and tools to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
* Collaborate with other technicians, estimators, and parts staff to ensure timely repairs
* Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
* Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum [2-5] years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of bodyshop repair processes including panel beating, welding, and refinishing prep
* Experience working in an insurance-approved or manufacturer-accredited bodyshop is desirable
* High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality work
* Full UK driving licence (or local equivalent, depending on region)
