We are working with a leading logistics Transport provider they are seeking an experienced Planner to join their Aerospace Division. This role is key to optimising fleet efficiency while ensuring exceptional service levels for specialist cargo movements. Key responsibilities: Plan the movement of aircraft engines, components, and exceptional cargo on a 24/7, 365 basis Ensure on-time performance for all planned movements Optimise asset utilisation and load factor, minimising empty running Manage route costs, including tolls and distance, while planning fuelling as required Steer truck productivity and ensure efficient use of specialised vehicles Maintain clear communication with drivers, colleagues across the EU, and client representatives Support a calm, efficient operation within a busy team environment Requirements: 3 years logistics or transport planning experience Knowledge of customs procedures, transport legislation, and driver hours Familiarity with automated planning systems Strong organisational and communication skills Working Monday to Friday 8.30-17.30 Must be flexible to work on a rota to manage Email and calls out of hours
