Core Responsibilities
* Front of House: Managing a busy reception desk, handling telephone enquiries, and welcoming high-profile visitors in line with strict safeguarding protocols.
* Administrative Support: Assisting the school office with data management (iSAMS/SIMS), coordinating school post, and managing central communications.
* Safeguarding: Ensuring all visitors are correctly identified and logged, maintaining a secure and professional entrance hall at all times.
