Group Operations Director
Location: Hybrid – Hertfordshire & Midlands
Salary: £65k – £80k + Bonus + Company Vehicle or allowance + Private Healthcare + Every other Friday as a DAY OFF.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Group Operations Director to lead and optimise the operational performance of our clients group companies. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving service delivery, team development, and strategic execution across all operational functions. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and getting it right first time, every time.
Responsibilities:
* Lead all group operational teams across service and projects
* Drive strategic planning and implement scalable processes
* Define and track KPIs to deliver high-performance outcomes
* Mentor and grow teams to support long-term business goals
* Oversee budgets, reporting, and cost-efficiency measures
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
* Collaborate with commercial teams to support business growth
* Champion innovation and technology adoption
You will need to have:
You will have a proven history in a senior/director-level operations role within a service-led or project-based industry. It is desirable that the ideal candidate will have existing or previous experience in the fire and security industry but not essential. You are a confident leader, strategic thinker, and commercially aware decision-maker who can lead teams with integrity and drive transformation across multiple locations.
