As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and promptly
Managing supplier queries, remittances and maintaining supplier records
Posting supplier payments and setting up bank payments
Assisting with bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
Supporting the Finance team with audit deliverables and general administrative tasks
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your experience will include:
GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 5 or above, or equivalent)
Beginner‑level competence in Excel and MS Office, with the drive to develop further
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivation, initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving
Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal colleagues
Ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines
