Up to £90,000 + 7.5% Bonus

We’re working with a major UK energy and utilities organisation that is investing heavily in cloud modernisation, Microsoft platforms, and digital capability. They’re seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to take ownership of architecture design, governance, and transformation across a complex enterprise estate.
This role sits at the heart of technology strategy — shaping how Azure, M365 and Power Platform are used to modernise legacy systems and enable future innovation.
What you’ll be doing
* Acting as design authority across Azure, M365 and Power Platform
* Defining current and target‑state architectures
* Leading solution design for large‑scale transformation programmes
* Driving standardisation and minimal customisation
* Partnering with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor
* Producing architectural roadmaps enabling incremental delivery
* Ensuring alignment with security, governance and EA principles
* Coaching and guiding other architects and technical teams
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Senior Solution / Enterprise Architect
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments
* Experience with Power Platform, M365, integration & APIs
* Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar)
* Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
* Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure or regulated sectors is advantageous
