* Collaborate to develop effective, outcome-focused intervention plans with children, young people, and their parents or carers to safeguard welfare and address risks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records as per Directorate policy.
* Review interventions within statutory timescales to ensure plans are achieving set outcomes.
* Highlight unmet needs identified from assessments to managers within Children's Services.
* Ensure administrative processes for data collection are completed on time.
* Demonstrate professional competence in social work practice.
* Attend training programs to enhance skills and support personal development.
* Participate in departmental meetings, providing necessary reports.
* Work in conjunction with staff from other Directorates and agencies.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Directorate's policies, and procedures.
