The ability to be able to demonstrate effective time management, the Workshop Controller would need to be self-organised, structured and methodical in their approach, be an effective communicator and a Team Player, as this role requires a large amount of contact with many departments. Finding Solutions and being able to identify issues before they become a problem alongside being able to prioritise.
You will be reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager, the principal objective of this role is to ensure that Workshop is loaded with the right mix of vehicles taking into consideration age, sales channel and job tasks, supporting Vehicle Solutions in monitoring KPI's and status of vehicles across all our re conditioning sites.
Qualifications
Minimum criteria:
* Excellent IT Skills.
* Previous experience of delivering results in a pressurised environment.
* Previous knowledge of the motor industry would be desirable but not essential.
* Full Driving Licence
