Semi - Skilled Joiner We are recruiting an experienced Semi - Skilled Joiner to join Modular building specialist in Hu12 This is a Temp to Perm Vacancy with great opportunities to progress, offering a pay rate up to £15ph more once perm (dependant on experience) Shift pattern / Working hours Monday to Friday 7am-4pm Start date / Duration The Semi - Skilled Joiner role is a Temp to Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. Job description As a Semi - Skilled Joiner you will be responsible for installing new, refurbished and second-hand units. Day to day you will be expected to; Refurbish and maintain all types of modular buildings Carry out internal fitting and finishing of modular units Carry out basic semi skilled work, such as, Laying flooring, fitting insulation and fitting units, windows and doors Terminate / decommission all types of modular units Use various hand and power tools to complete works Work from design sheets The successful candidate: To be considered for the position of Semi - Skilled Joiner you must; · Have a minimum of a Blue CSCS Card or CPCS Card (or equivalent) · Be willing to work Monday to Friday · Have experience working in the modular building industry, refurbishing and installing · Have a good level of communication and be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines · Hold a full UK Driving License is preferable What's in it for you?
