As a receptionist in our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the facility. You’ll play an important role in ensuring every interaction reflects care, trust, and high service standards. In this role, your work will have a direct impact on the people and communities we serve. By providing clear information, maintaining strong relationships, and supporting colleagues, you’ll help create a positive, organised environment where customers feel valued and supported. What you’ll do as a Receptionist You’ll be entrusted to: Provide a high level of customer service, both face to face and over the telephone Welcome visitors, manage enquiries, and direct customers appropriately Support the day-to-day running of reception, ensuring a professional and organised environment Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times Handle cash and complete financial processes accurately where required Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders Profile description: Does this sound like you?
