As a Creative Director (Design), this person will set and lead the conceptual vision across brand platforms, campaigns and content ecosystems — ensuring design thinking is central from the very first brief.
The role:
* Lead big, idea-first creative responses across brand, campaign and content
* Use design as a strategic, conceptual tool — not just an executional layer
* Shape platforms and systems that flex across film, digital, social and earned
* Partner closely with strategy, copy, production and account teams
* Set the creative bar and protect the integrity of the work
* Present and sell ideas clearly and confidently to senior clients
* Mentor creatives and designers, building conceptual confidence and craft
Your Profile:
* A design-led Creative Director with a strong conceptual track record
* Experience leading integrated, consumer-facing creative work
* A portfolio that demonstrates idea-driven design, not just aesthetics
* Comfort shaping platforms, narratives and systems — not just assets
* Confidence operating across channels and formats
* Collaborative, generous and low-ego — someone who raises the standard around them
