Permanent, part-time position, term time only plus INSET days
27.5 hours per week 08:30am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 4): £25,185 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £16,254.86 per annum

We're looking for committed and motivated individuals to join our friendly and supportive school team, giving you the opportunity to have real impact on the lives of young people. This role is key to our classroom teaching teams, and you will be directed and supported by senior colleagues to deliver structured learning support. Being qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in teaching support, you will have excellent Maths and English skills and be able to use your initiative to support students, contributing to their academic success, behaviour management and social skills. Working in the classroom, our Teaching Assistants provide essential support to enable students to access the curriculum and achieve better outcomes.
