Community Support Worker
Hours: Monday – Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday – Sunday 10am-6pm, on a rota basis
Do you have experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour? Provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
Promote independence and wellbeing through day-to-day activities and community engagement
Assist with care plans and goal setting in collaboration with service users and professionals
Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent communication with the wider support team
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
Full training and ongoing development
