Location: Warwick (CV34). Hybrid role — 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home. Salary £42,000 per annum. Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00. 11 month fixed-term contract. 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Responsibilities
* Run payroll end-to-end, including pensions administration, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
* Manage pensions (including Auto-Enrolment) and stay compliant with payroll regulations.
* Support system implementations, perform reconciliations, and provide reporting to HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
* Lead a project to implement a new HR & Payroll platform (from Itrent to Dayforce): run parallel tests, reconcile data between systems, perform UAT, and validate calculations for accuracy and compliance.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track payroll performance.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline data flows and stay updated with HMRC regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proven payroll and pensions experience.
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
* Experience with payroll systems and pensions administration; experience with system implementations and UAT is desirable.
