We are currently looking for a Catering Assistants to join our Facilities team to help provide a high standard of freshly cooked and balanced meals for our patients and staff in the hospital.
Our Catering Assistants assist our Chefs with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals, as well as ensuring that the kitchen and catering areas meet operational hygiene standards.
Unlike many other Catering roles, the shifts at Priory Hospital Burgess Hill do not include split shifts or late evening work, you will work weekends on a rota basis (approximately every other weekend).
In this role there are opportunities to apply for company funded training and development relevant to your role. We have a career pathways system which encourages our staff to develop within their area and you will be fully supported to do so.
What we need from you?
- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Understanding of basic food hygiene
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
