Role & Responsibilities:
To ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated with the utmost hospitality and care during their stay, providing an unforgettable experience.
* Minimize and handle complaints professionally according to policies.
* Supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with company policies and manuals.
* Work with the Restaurant Manager to maximize sales performance and meet targets.
* Control stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
* Follow all hotel policies as outlined in training manual.
* Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently, meeting five-star standards.
* Stay updated on current promotions and new products.
* Inform guests about offers on food and drinks.
* Assist in setting up functions and events as per procedures.
* Maintain accurate billing systems and process payments according to company policy.
* Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
* Ensure high standards of financial diligence and reporting.
* Maintain good communication and relationships with other departments.
* Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
