What you’ll do
* Lead support planning, coordinate and work with our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
* Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
* Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
* Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
* Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
* Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
* The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
* Experience working with people with mental health conditions .

The practical bits
* The service is 24hrs with sleep in shift cover, you will be expected to be flexible to cover the rota in the service
* You will be working a mixture of days, evenings, weekdays and weekends and sleep-in shift cover.
* A lot of the team like to work condensed hours and complete longer shifts to complete their working hours over fewer days - we are flexible to accommodate this
* This role is primarily for our service in Worcester, but there will be an expectation to cover all parts of the service when needed - this will be covering Worcester and Kidderminster and our dispersed properties in the community.
* A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
* You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
