Key Responsibilities
* Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
* Communicate professionally with customers, their representatives, and insurers over the phone
* Support the coordination and administration of temporary replacement vehicle services via our supplier network
* Assist in overseeing vehicle damage repairs through our network of approved repairers
* Provide daily administrative assistance to Motor Claims Handlers
* Contribute to invoicing processes through accurate administrative support
Qualifications and Requirements
* Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
* Functional Skills in maths & English level 2
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
