Are you an organised, detail-driven admin professional with SIMS experience? We’re working with a welcoming school in Swansea who are looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to join their office team.
The Role:
As a School Admin Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the school’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Using SIMS for pupil records, attendance, and data management
* General admin duties including filing, emails, and data entry ️
* Supporting the school office and leadership team
* Greeting visitors and supporting communication with parents
⏰ Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday
* School hours
* Ongoing role with potential for long-term placement

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has previous SIMS experience (essential) ✅
* Is organised, professional, and confident in a busy school office
* Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team
* Has previous school admin experience (preferred)
