We are currently looking for Experienced Care and Support Workers to join our team! As an Agency Care or Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings in the Wiltshire and surrounding areas! This is a temporary role, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients accross Wiltshire, Swindon, and surrounding areas. You will be supporting individuals with varying needs, from those living in Care Homes, in a residential setting or those with Dementia, to Supported living services working with individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and various complex needs. You will support each individual in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care or support plans to enable you to give the very best support and enable each individual to live as they choose. Day-to-Day tasks could include: Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning. Personal care and hygiene. Finances. Medication and wellbeing. Going into the community for shopping or other trips. Attending clubs and other social activities. We offer: Free Enhanced DBS Check! Weekly pay from £12.21-£13.20 per hour shift dependent!
