We require an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our ICT department on a permanent contract to provide technical, project, configuration and end user support throughout NHS Forth Valley. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge and understanding and the successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with the Support Team Lead and eHealth team to deliver the eHealth strategy.
You must have experience providing multi-level end user support in a Microsoft Windows environment while providing technical support to any local or national projects.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post. You will have a great customer service ethic, along with excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
You will be able to work on your own or as part of a team and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have a degree or equivalent in a computer related subject. Prince2 or ITIL foundation accreditation would be an advantage.
