🛠 What You’ll Do
* Take full ownership of the product architecture and technology decisions.
* Build and maintain scalable, reliable systems across the full stack (Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB).
* Drive performance and stability as the platform scales.
* Develop internal tools and automation to support a smooth deployment pipeline.
* Collaborate closely with the founding team and product to build and ship features fast.
* Lay the groundwork for hiring and mentoring as the engineering team grows.
