Senior Pensions & Benefits Recruitment Consultant

Employee Benefits Coordinator

We are currently partnered with a smaller employee benefits division in the space who are looking for an experienced employee benefits coordinator to join the team. You will report to the Director of Employee Benefits and will work closely with them to develop their online benefit programmes and platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the online platforms and employee benefit programmes
* Support the director to grow the employee benefits division
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve their goals
* Must have a flexible benefits background for example, being able to run benefit reports from the platform
* Strong understanding on employee benefits administration
* Being comfortable with a client-facing position
