Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality food and service across all hospitality areas.
2. Support the head/senior chef in kitchen operations and maintaining standards.
3. Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers, both internal and external.
4. Ensure adherence to HACCP protocols.
5. Consistently deliver efficient food service throughout all hospitality areas.
6. Foster collaboration between kitchen, serving staff, and other departments within Spire Healthcare.
7. Lead by example to ensure consistency in food production and presentation.
Candidate Requirements
1. NVQ Level 2 or higher preferred.
2. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
3. Relevant certificates or willingness to undertake specialist training.
4. Experience in similar establishments.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
6. Highly organized and capable of thriving in a busy environment.
