Job Description
Reservations Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they come when they arrive!

What you will be doing:
* To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
* To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required
* To update reservations ensuring a flawless check-in and check-out process
* To ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
* To liaise with sales and other departments as required
* To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
* Previous customer-related experience required
* Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
* Highly responsible & reliable
* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Additional Information
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with FOLS or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
