Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised
Rural Estate Property Administrator
to support the efficient day-to-day operations of a portfolio of rural property estates. The role involves assisting with client enquiries, tenant communications, lease administration, compliance, maintenance coordination, and general administrative tasks to do with a rural estate.
The successful candidate would join our existing well established team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, concerns, and requests.
* Assist in processing lease applications, renewals, terminations, and move-in/move-out documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of all tenant and property-related documentation using property management software.
* Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and tenant satisfaction.
* Support rent collection efforts and follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the accounting team.
* Schedule and conduct property inspections as needed.
* Assist with the preparation of notices, communications, and reports for tenants and property owners.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure proper service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with housing regulations, lease agreements, and company policies.
* Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and resolve resident issues diplomatically.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of lease agreements and property management regulations is an advantage.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Working Conditions:
* Full time office-based role with on-site property visits.
