Vodafone Three is seeking retail team members to be the friendly face our customers see when they walk into our stores. Your role will involve connecting with customers, helping them maximize their technology use, and providing an outstanding, memorable experience.
What you'll do
1. Create and maintain rapport with customers, understand their needs, and deliver a first-time right customer experience while exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team.
2. Approach every customer interaction as an opportunity to increase revenue and enhance customer experience through solution-based selling and tailored product and service offerings.
3. Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes, ensuring customers are well-informed to make decisions.
4. Deliver exceptional service and take personal ownership of customer needs.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and comply with key metrics.
6. Engage in regular learning and development aligned with company and FCA requirements.
7. Adhere to company and regulatory policies and participate in Vodafone's security vetting process as required.
Who you are
* Level-headed with the ability to provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes.
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and driven.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and owning the sales process.
* Willing to work some weekends and weekdays, including bank holidays.
Working hours: 16 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
