This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established London-based structural engineering consultancy and work on a growing portfolio of refurbishment-led projects. The Role
Within this position, you will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality Revit models and detailed technical drawings. The role will suit an experienced Revit Technician with 5-7 years' industry experience, ideally with exposure to refurbishment and retrofit projects.
Responsibilities
Create, develop, and maintain accurate Revit structural models, including families, views, sheets, schedules, and annotations
Produce detailed drawings, sections, and technical information to a high standard, ensuring alignment with project requirements
Support refurbishment and retrofit projects, alongside some new-build work
Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to maintain model integrity and resolve design issues
Assist with BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance processes
Support design development, revisions, as-built updates, and mark-ups throughout project stages
Requirements
Graduate-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
5-7 years' experience working as a Revit Technician within a structural engineering environment
Strong proficiency in Revit (structural)
Refurbishment project experience is highly desirable
Good understanding of UK construction standards and BIM processes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
High attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
