A growing and well-established professional services organisation is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of management reporting and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making within the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing clear financial insights and ensuring accurate reporting across the organisation. Management Accountant – Responsibilities: * Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules * Producing variance analysis and financial commentary for senior management * Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes * Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends or risks * Assisting with cash flow forecasting and financial planning * Improving financial processes, controls and reporting systems * Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external accountants/auditors where required Management Accountant – Person Spec: * Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or strong QBE background * Previous experience in a management accounting or similar finance role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills * Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders * Highly organised with strong attention to detail Management Accountant – Package: * Salary £40,000 – £45,000 * Opportunity to work in a growing and supportive business * A role with real commercial exposure and influence If you are interested in this role please submit your application Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
