Job Summary Role: Service Advisor Location: Salisbury Salary: £35,000 OTE Driver Licence Required: Yes About the Role This is a customer-focused position where you’ll provide a professional, welcoming service to clients while their vehicles are in for maintenance or repair. You’ll oversee the progress of each vehicle through the workshop, liaise closely with technicians and the parts department, and communicate any additional work requirements or costs to customers. The role also involves scheduling, recording work, and delivering exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team — including file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, raising invoices, and registering new vehicles. About You You’re a team player with experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive or premium service industry (though this is not essential). You have a flexible, proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
