Our client is a fast-scaling, award-winning eCommerce brand transforming how people and businesses shop online for home or office products.
With around 10 million annual visitors and double digits millions in revenue, they’re on a mission to revolutionise online shopping in their category. Backed by a lean, driven team and a data-led mindset, they’re now looking to hire their first Head of Marketing Analytics to embed insight at the heart of decision-making.
The Head of Marketing Analytics will connect the dots between marketing, trade, and performance to make data an actionable asset across the business. Working cross-functionally, you’ll lead reporting, build trust in the numbers, and drive smarter commercial decisions. This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone excited by building from the ground up and influencing strategy through clean, connected insight.
Essential Skills
Strong experience of GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and platform data integrations Experience unifying multiple data sources and building dashboards/BI tools Confident communicator, translating complex analytics into clear business actions Deep understanding of marketing performance, attribution, and ecommerce metrics Proactive problem solver with commercial acumen and hands-on technical skills
